Chaowat is a consultant, facilitator, trainer, coach, and career counselor, specializing in facilitating and training for Human Resource Development, Career Development, and Organization Development. He has more than 17 years of experiences in training and consulting and has worked with multiple organizations from both public and private sectors, domestically and internationally.
Over the years, Chaowat has established his presence as a knowledgeable trainer and facilitator, especially in the areas of workplace personality and corporate strategy. He has undertaken multiple executive development programs using several personality tools including the Enneagram, DiSC, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Gallup StrengthsFinder, and Hogan Assessments in which his company is a certified distributor in Thailand. Some of his renowned clients are Thai Airways, CPAxtra, and Rabbit Digital Group.
Chaowat possesses strong background in executive coaching. He spent years as a coach at Leadership Management International (LMI) Thailand, working with corporate clients such as PCS and Siam City Cement. He was also a coaching lab facilitator at Columbia University.
Chaowat has extensive experience in outplacement consulting and career management. He worked as an executive consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH) for several years. During his tenure there, he assisted large multinational corporations including Johnson & Johnson, Chevron, and Infosys in their workforce restructuring initiatives to ensure smooth transition.
Having studied and worked abroad in multiple countries for more than 10 years, Chaowat is highly interculturally adept. He is fimiliar with working in a diverse environment which requires interacting and collaborating with stakeholders from different cultures. He can provide training and consultation both in Thai and English and tailor his services to his client’s cultural context.
Chaowat brings his years of experience to guarantee clients’ highest satisfaction. His strong passion in people development combined with his industry knowledge and empathy ensure that clients will receive high quality services that are extremely resourceful for the challenges they are facing.
